Rollout for Sparda banks successfully completed
After a very short project period, approximately 3,000 self-service systems at the Sparda banks made by various hardware manufacturers have been converted to the new self-service platform, eCMS Services, provided by DPS Engineering GmbH.
This solution is characterised by an open Linux architecture, whereby the Linux systems are hosted under z/OS. The roll-out went smoothly. The stability of the system was ensured from the start with the required availability. The application functions cover all common cash components, including recycling and non-cash applications in the form of an account service terminal. The supported manufacturer systems came from various companies, including NCR and Wincor Nixdorf.
