The continuity and sustainability of the company management are key elements of the long-term strategy at DPS Engineering GmbH. The company founded in 1989 by the founding partners, Johann Prigge and Werner Dorschel, offers long-serving members of the management the opportunity to acquire shares in the company. This will make having a participating interest the basis for the management to take a responsible and long-term approach in terms of opportunity and risk. The plan is to allow more future managers into the investment programme. Investment is not made directly in the operating company, DPS Engineering GmbH, but in the holding company, DPS Holding GmbH. This holding company holds the majority of shares in DPS Engineering GmbH.
