New Postbank counter solution successfully piloted
With the start of the pilot operation at three Postbank locations, the new counter solution introduced by Postbank AG was successfully put into practical use.
This counter solution is used for both enterprise resource planning and financial-services processes. The counter solution is a combination of the standard products developed by DPS Engineering GmbH and the standard cash register from GK-Software GmbH and was jointly implemented under the technical guidance of Postbank Systems AG.
Postbank expects this new combined counter solution to deliver sustainable improvement to its quality of service and transaction performance.
