Founding of the self-service competence centre
As of 1 January 2011, all project management and support activities of our self-service business area will be combined into a competence centre. An important task of this competence centre is to guarantee customer-oriented management in the area of self-service for finance and retail.
Heiko Zißner has been appointed head of the newly formed unit and has also been given the power to act on behalf of the company.
Mr Zißner comes with extensive and profound experience in the development and management of projects for major customers in the area of self-service. With his new competence centre, Mr Zißner is therefore the central contact for our customers. Consolidating the requirements of the market, the competence centre also develops the road map for mid- to long-term product planning.
With this new service unit, DPS Engineering GmbH emphasises the importance of the self-service market for finance and retail.
