Change of shareholders at DPS Engineering GmbH
As of 26 November 2010, the founding partners of DPS Engineering GmbH, Werner Dorschel and Johann Prigge, bought back 61% of the company from the financial investor AdCapital AG. That makes the founding partners the sole owners of DPS Engineering GmbH once again.
The key motivation is to create an independent development perspective for the future organisation of the company structure and management.
The intention is also to thereby create the foundations for employees to share in the company’s success.
By buying back the shares in the business, the managing partners want to make clear their commitment to the future of the company, as well as to their customers. The current business portfolio will continue to be strengthened, with the focus on the following:
- Product business
- Application management
- Project development
The company’s high profitability and its lasting connection with long-standing major customers are a stable platform for excellent future prospects. It will support the organic growth of the company with targeted acquisitions as part of a ‘buy and build’ strategy.
